I recently completed the “7 on 7 Challenge”, and it was an excellent reset for me! I consider this challenge to be fundamentally essential to anyone who is either looking to jumpstart their fitness journey or maintain fitness largely due to its versatility. You get to decide what your focus is (frequency, intensity, time) and where you’re headed depending on your current level of fitness. Coach Byron provides a base upon which you can increase the intensity or where you can modify to decrease your load. Oh, and what a bonus it was to have some meal plan options thrown in there too! The best parts, however, are that you’re NEVER alone, you ALWAYS have access to the instructional videos, and he creates COMMUNITY by connecting you with individuals who are also participating in his programs. He thinks of everything so that you don’t have room for excuses. MAKE IT HAPPEN!
